Will, Lisa and Family…

Will and Lisa took over the Trengilly 18 years ago and have transformed the inn into a friendly, family retreat.  The family live onsite with their two children Jenny, Daniel and their dogs. Together, they have combined the award-winning Trengilly bistro and popular local pub with simple yet elegant Bed and Breakfast accommodation – all set amongst the Trengilly’s wonderful gardens.

Head Chef – Jar Hamzar is our wonderful head chef and has been with us 4yrs, he originates from Indonesia, so brings a fusion of flavours to our menu!

Front of House – Emily – who has worked for us since she was 14!

Kitchen Porter – Paddy has worked for us for years and his job is to keep the kitchen running smoothly and cleanly. He achieved 5 stars on our last Environmental Health Inspection and is the unsung hero of the team.

Pub & B&B House Keeping – Lucille and Laura do a great job of keeping our place looking clean and tidy.

Part Timers – We have excellent part time staff who are all local, knowledgeable and provide excellent service.
