We source and buy as much of our produce as we can locally. Every care is taken to ensure that the produce we use does not contain genetically modified materials. A list of suppliers is available on request.
Because we don’t work in a sterile vacuum, we cannot guarantee that any of our products do or do not contain traces of nuts! However we can advise you of the products that are of the lowest possible risk.
